CARE AND MAINTENANCE
At Fleur to Door shipping quality arrangements is important to us. We ship arrangements right to your door. We put a lot of time into our shipping methods to ensure the beauty remains intact.
Caring for your preserved flowers is simple. Carefully unpack your arrangement from the box and place them wherever you would like. Do not add water to the roses, and keep them out of extreme heat and direct sunlight. You may gently dust the rose arrangements as needed with a feather duster, or can of dry air.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Fleur to Door we stand by the quality of our products. However, please keep in mind that these are still real flowers, so some differences in color, shape, and size are normal. Additionally, small tears in the petals are normal. If two colors are mixed, the darker colors may bleed into the lighter colors. Should your order arrive damaged, we will replace the product at no cost to you. We will ask you to return the damaged product. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. All of our flowers are natural flowers that undergo a preservation process to keep them looking and feeling fresh for up to a year or more. Because of the preservation methods used these arrangements do not require any maintenance. That means no water and essentially no care!
